The only place I take my vehicles to be serviced

Disappointed in the service after being referred to them. Looked to have a tire repaired at 8am and only had 1 employee working so I was told it would be over an hour wait. Decided to just return at the end of the day since they were open until 7pm. Returned at 4:40pm and was told they had a 5pm appt and if that person showed up, I would have to wait for an hour. Once again told they only have 1 employee. Since I wasn't going to wait again, I left and while walking out I saw 2 techs sitting in the bay looking at their cell phones. Business obviously wasn't important to them this time. I won't be returning and I've gone back to the person that referred me so they're aware of my experience as well.
